Joe has guided for Ludlow's Island Resort for over 20
years. He is more than a great guide, he is a great
teacher. He is a multi species fisherman who can get
you on to the fish. But if the fish are not biting,
you can be assured he will give you the tools to use
when they are. He enjoys taking out children and
adults, and works hard to make sure the guest has a
memorable experience.

Joe is one of the top guides on Vermilion. Our resort uses many
local guides but there only a few that I would put in the same
category as Joe. With his many years of experience on Vermilion
combined with his career background in education and Biology he
provides a unique fishing experience for his customers.
The only problem we have with Joe is that it's hard to get him - for
every resort on the lake wants to hire him for their guests.

As a resort owner, choosing a guide for guests is not always an
easy task. There are many things to consider, but first and foremost is
the fact that you want your guests to receive the same high quality attention
from a guide that you strive to give them yourself. We are comfortable in
knowing Joe will do this for us. Joe has provided quality guiding service for
guests at Muskego Point for over 20 years, and we are happy and proud

We expect smiles when our guests of all ages return from an outing with Joe.
Thatís because they have enjoyed lively conversation, learned about the lake
and the region, and had a few laughs. Because Joe has been guiding on Lake
Vermilion for 20 years, they probably had great fishing as well! He knows
where the fish are. Since happy guests are our goal, we are always glad
